Cancellation Policy

Please make payment at least 24 hours before your appointment to confirm.

Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours will incur 50% of the service charge, less than 12 hours will incur 100%.

To change your appointment, please get in touch with YUKO and if I can fit you in another window, it will be free of charge.

訪問料金、訪問、1箇所につき¥5,000/ ¥5,000 per location

クレジットカード決済/Credit card only

お客様が指定したサービス予約日時の、24時間前までにクレジットカード決済にてサービス料金をお支払いいただきます。サービス料金をお支払い後に予約の日時が確定します。/Please pay by credit card at least 24 hours prior to the date and time of the service appointment and the date and time of the appointment will be confirmed upon payment of the service fee.

当社からお送りする、予約日時確定のメールに記載された日時にサービスを提供いたします。お客様のご都合や当社から予約日時の変更をお知らせした場合は、変更後の予約日時にサービスを提供いたします。/The Service will be provided on the date and time specified in the email sent by the Company confirming the booking date and time. If the Customer requests a change to the booking date and time, we will provide the Service on the changed booking date and time.

予約日時の24時間前から12時間前までに、お客様都合でキャンセルされた場合は、サービス料金の50%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。また、予約日時の12時間前を過ぎてのキャンセルおよび、予約日時に当社の訪問先がご不在や、社会通念上相当な範囲を超える行為をされるなど、当社からサービスの提供が難しいと当社が判断する場合については、お客様によるキャンセルとさせていただき、サービス料金の100%をキャンセル料として申し受けます/If the client cancels between 24 and 12 hours prior to the appointment date and time, 50% of the service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment date and time, or if the Customer is not available at the location visited by the Company on the appointment date and time, or if the Customer behaves in a manner that is unacceptable to society, or if the Company deems it difficult to provide the service, the cancellation shall be deemed to have been made by the Customer and 100% of the Service Fee shall be charged as a cancellation fee. 100% of the service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
